A New Electronic Form for IACUC applications is currently under development. The form will be available for submissions sometime later this year. All submissions to the IACUC will be required to be made electronically using the new form after it has been made available. Training and demonstration of this new electronic IACUC submission process will be provided to interested parties before the forms are ready to be rolled out. Future updates will be posted on the IACUC webpage.
